I’m renting the spare room in my flat while I am working abroad. So besides the (very) occasional weekend you will have the flat exclusively.
It’s a lovely, well maintained flat in the most ideal location, with everything you need right on the doorstep. Looking for a tenant who will respect and treat it as their own.
Flexible with the rent terms, ideally looking for 6 months initially, with option to extend if both parties wish. Will consider shorter/longer terms. The room (and flat) is fully furnished, however I am happy to clear the room if preferred.
*EDIT: currently no bed in the room as was used as a gym during lockdown. Bed can be provided if needed.
