Contract & Costs:
Total contract: £17,473.50 (Sept 2025 – Aug 2026).
I’ve already paid for 2 installments (£9,354.50), so the remaining balance is £8,119.00.
Payments and paperwork go directly through Vita Student.

Availability:

From 12 September 2025 until the end of the academic year (August 2026).

This is a full contract takeover, not a short-term let.
