Bedroom To Rent In Spacious West End Flat

Hi, we are looking for someone to take our spare room for the remainder of the current lease (Until End of June, 2018).

We are 2 males and 1 female, all 24 years old.

Ideally we're looking for a postgraduate student or a young professional to take the room. The rent includes both internet and gas utility bills, however any non student would also have to contribute to council tax.

We are easy-going, and enjoy socialising as well as having avid interests in music. Writing, playing, recording, and discovering new artists. We also occasionally go to open mic nights. We have all lived in Glasgow for 5 years now, and know each other well. Ideally we're looking for someone who would be a friend as well as a flatmate.

The flat is located on the corner of Great Western Road, and only a 5 minute walk from both Kelvingrove and St Georges Cross Subway Station. Both the entirety of the West End and City Centre are within a 30 minute walk from the flat, and is a perfect location for reaching both Glasgow and Strathclyde Universities.

Situated on the 3rd floor, the flat itself is a 4 bedroom flat, with a large communal livingroom and decent sized kitchen/dining room, and one bathroom with electric shower and bath. The available room is moderately sized and comes eith all furnishings shown in the photo excluding the lamps. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and utensils, and contains two fridge freezers and a washing machine

Very close to the flat is a moderate size Lidl supermarket, as well as a small Tesco and Sainsburies. There are also many independent shops such as organic grocery shops, a halal butchers, a Mexican and World foods store, alongside many bars and restaurants, all at the doorstep of the flat.

Preferably you'll be able to come round for a face to face meeting, and to see the flat yourself. However, if not possible, we're more than happy to skype you.
