For rent is my spare room. It's furnished right down to bedding being provided for the king size bed. The room has a bookcase, office chair and desk, drawers and wardrobe with shelving also.

Bills are included subject to fair usage policy. The bills included are
Gas + electricity
Your share of council tax
Unlimited Internet
Property insurance.

Fine with a partner staying a max of 3 nights per week with you or a family member visiting, longer than a 3 night stay should be discussed prior and agreed, additional charges for a partner who stays more than 3 nights unless agreed . My girlfriend resides at property with me and our two very friendly Yorkie doggies.

Flat position is Maryhill 2 minute walk to kelvingrove Park, with a total of 15 minute walk to Glasgow Uni and Bryes Road.
Buses to town are frequent only two minutes away,
Train station ten minutes away, a large 24 hour Tesco 2 minutes away, very handy area, if I choose to walk or cycle to town centre it can be done in 20-40 minutes depending on your choice of transport. Buses are usually a 15-25 minute commute depending on traffic at peak times.

The let is for as long as you wish, but I would like a more permanent resident Eg minimum stay of a year or longer.

It's not a party flat and strictly no smoking in the flat, also includes your room.
