Nice room in Wishaw

Hi,

I can offer a lovely room in Wishaw for a person (preferably female) who:

*likes cats and been living with cats before and is 100% sure that is not allergic to them

*is working full time - not remotely and not nightshifts as I'm working from home during the day

*is free of addictions, unless it's addiction to cycling

*can keep the place clean - and is willing to buy loo roll once in a while without me writing a formal request ;)

*has no criminal record;

All bills and broadband included apart from gas - there is an extra monthly charge £70 for gas between 01 Oct and 30 April and £20 from May until October.
The room is at the end of the terrace house with a big garden, close to Shieldmur train station and buses, not far from Motherwell, Wishaw General Hospital and New College Lanarkshire. Local shops, Farmofoods, KFC, Burger King, McDonalds, Tesco, Aldi, Asda, Starbucks close by ;)
