House mate animal lover

I am looking for a mature person to come share my 3 bedroom semi detached home and garden the room will be a double room shared living room the house is currently under going a complete renovation new wall paper features etc hence the cheap and cheerful rental price idea for those on a small budget or between homes i expect it fully complete within 6 months then the rent will go up another £100 a month, my advert is different i have two dogs a greyhound and a chihuahua i am a full time training nurse at Preston university and bank staff at various hospitals in the area so i wont often be in so who ever moves in will have to like dogs and keep them company, during your stay i will be visiting Cyprus as often as possible to visit my family and if everything worked out well and if was of interest to the tenant they would care for the dogs and have FREE rent over that period i am away save me putting them in dog boarding will look forward to the response happy to accept smokers but it will be outdoors only sorry, often driving so a text message will often be the fastest way to get in touch thank you
