The package

A monthly cleaning service for the all communal areas is provided within the monthly rent.

The deposit is £520, this is securely held in the government approved Deposit Protection Scheme.

We charge no other fees at all. The advertised room rates are based on 6 month tenancy. Shorter tenancy may be considered.
