Double en-suite room, fully furnished with wall mounted TV, in modern house in North shore, two minute walk to promenade, five minutes to train station and 15 minutes walk to town. There is a late shop and ATM across the road, doctors surgery at end of road with chemist, also plenty of takeaway food outlets in walking distance including, Pizza, Indian, Chinese and fish and chips and an eat in cafe which is new.
CCTV coverage, shared kitchen with your own allocated locking wall unit, drawer in freezer and space in fridge, washing machine and dryer, airfryer, halagen oven, microwave etc plus free Wi-fi. All bills included, except your room electric which is a metro top up meter topped up at shop across road for a fee or online for free.
There is a smoke shelter on the forecourt for smokers, no smoking or vaping indoors, this will result in you being asked to leave immediately.
House is cleaned regular by landlady, who lives on ground floor, you must keep rooms clean and tidy or this house isn't for you.
Bedding and towels provided if you need them.
