We are close to a shopping arcade , and other shops like Tesco Express, a Chemist, 2 Banks and the train Station- Blackpool South.

Transportation
Buses 5, 11 and 68 serve our main road - Lytham Road.

Blackpool South Station is only 10 minutes Walk from us.

This is a peaceful home and will suit non-violent, non-smoking and non-drug using individuals who are professionals.

Only Non-smokers and Non-Drug users should apply.

Prices include Gas and Electricity Bill only.

Requirements.
1. Reference from your last landlord will be required.

2. Your last 3 months payslips from current employer, as proof of affordability.
