The room itself is a good sized double room, and is being re-vamped for 2023 - stylishly decorated and furnished with double bed, industrial style garment rails to give extra hanging space, bedside table and lamp, desk, chest of drawers for plenty storage, mirror and coat hooks - just bring your clothes and bedding! This bedroom shares a large, modern bathroom with just two other housemates. Our current housemate has enjoyed living here for 2 years, and is relocating for work.

This really is a fantastic location, on Bryan Road - a quiet tree lined street, in a safe neighbourhood - 15 minutes walk to the hospital, or a short stroll to the bus stop.
