Freshly decorated large downstairs room available. Please note that rent in advance policy applies ! This house is close to blackpool Town centre and i8s not a party house workers only due to respect for others living in the house. Close to all transports links, walking distance to the hospitals, college and Stanley park.
I am currently updating the premises to a higher standard, Comfy beds in all rooms.

The broadband is upgraded to a faster service in the house so no slow internet.
This is not a party house, so please bare this in mind. Part benefits i will except but will not accept Full UC.
No couples as from past experience can not be bothered with the arguments.

Deposit and reference is needed plus signing of tenancy agreement, however i am happy to take short stays that are reasonable.

I ask the tenants to contribute a small fee to maintain the property, in which the communal areas are clean, with toilet paper and other cleaning stuff provided.

Heating is provided to cater to everyone needs (within Reason) but it is a warm house
