Single Room in Large Cosy House

Hi,

I have a great sized single room (£65 wk) to let in my large terrace house and I am looking to share with female professionals only.

The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers.

The property is conveniently placed with only a short walk to South Shore Train Station, the beach and around 10 minutes walk from the town centre. There is a decked area in the back garden to enjoy fresh air and sunshine - when we get it!!

I am a professional and work Monday to Friday completing a PhD. I also do research evenings and weekends so I am looking for someone who doesn't mind that I am busy and disappear off under a load of books! Also someone who does not play loud music or want parties.

I am easy going, tidy (but not a neat freak) and I get along well with other people. I like to relax and spend time with my friends and family, and travel whenever I can.

The ideal house mate will be an animal lover as I have a lovely little Westie. She is clean, house trained, very friendly and does not malt!

I am happy to accept smokers, however, this would have to be outside.
