Our largest bedroom (bedroom 1 in photos) is now available. It has generous proportions ( 6m x 4m ) and a South facing double aspect at the front of the house. Currently furnished with large wardrobe, set of drawers, bedside table, double divan bed and a large, ornate wall mirror.

Are you working away from home and searching for a part time room let? We have a room that will suit your needs perfectly (Bedroom 2 in the photos). It has a double divan bed, set of drawers, mirror, clothes rail and bedside lamp. Free standing shelves can be provided if needed. It's a comfy room and there's a pretty view of the woods. If you'd like this room on a midweek only basis, it is £375pcm. A full time let is £400pcm and would suit someone who travels light as there is less storage space than the other rooms.

The house is almost finished and at your disposal; large bathroom, shower room and downstairs loo, beautiful, well appointed modern kitchen diner, and 2 shared living rooms (one with TV and pool table, one with cosy fireplace).

Existing housemates are all professionals who enjoy the relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the house. It's not a party house, but we do have a good mix and get on really well.
No children or pets I'm afraid.

We are located near junction 4 of M61, Aldi and Costa coffee on the doorstep and of course, Cutacre country park!
We're equidistant between Atherton and Walkden train stations. There's plenty of space to park in the garden and we have CCTV so vehicles are more secure here.
