There are 2 large double rooms available and one single room available - all bedrooms sleep 2 persons.

In the small bedroom, we have put bunk beds. In addition, both sofa's in the lounge fold/unfold into beds too, meaning upto 2 people could sleep on these sofa beds.

It's a quiet, large, clean house in the Bolton area within 20-mins walking distance to the town centre, or catch one of the many buses, It's a perfect quiet cul-de-sac location too - no traffic whatsoever passes the house, except for neighbours cars.

The bedrooms are a very good size and are fully furnished. They have beds, wardrobes, drawers, bedside units and lamps. The rear bedroom has an ensuite, meaning private use to the guests in that room!

This house is available on the SHORT LET market only - contractors, locum doctors, agency nurses, parents visiting children at university, house movers in a broken chain, etc... Minimum booking 1 month. Can be extended if required.

note :
As we are offering self-catering professional accommodation (not a hotel), we don't provide bedding or towels. You can either bring your own or there is a £10 per person per week surcharge to cover the cost of bedding, linen, towels, etc... e. g. if 4 guests want to stay, the weekly rent is £420 for the house + £40 for the surcharge, thus £480 in total (to cover the hire charges for the linen and bedding packs). If you prefer to bring your own towels, bedding, linen and toiletries to save costs, please let us know (most people do).
