Bedroom 1 looks out onto woodland and is a good sized double. It has a double divan bed, set of drawers, large wardrobe, bedside table, lamp and mirror.

Bedroom 2 is a small double bedroom with view over the woods. This room is adjacent to the shower room, which is only occasionally used by other housemates who generally use the main bathroom, so whilst not being 'en suite', you would have almost exclusive use of the shower room (it has a loo and basin too).
There's a double divan bed, set of drawers, mirror, clothes rail, and some free standing shelves if you need them. This room is most suited to Mon - Fri, part time housemates who work away from their own home and don't need too much storage space.

Looking for spacious accommodation and friendly housemates?
We have a beautiful, well appointed modern kitchen diner, and shared living room. There's a large main bathroom, shower room, downstairs loo and laundry room.

Existing housemates are all professionals who enjoy the relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the house.
No children or pets I'm afraid.

We are located near junction 4 of M61, Aldi and Costa coffee on the doorstep and of course, Cutacre country park!

There's plenty of space to park in the garden and we have CCTV so vehicles are more secure here.
