The idea is that you arrive with your bag, towels and bedding, everything else is provided. The rooms include, double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers.

The house is located on Coal Clough Lane which is within easy reach of Burnley UCLAN (10 minutes). The centre of town is less than a 15 minute bus journey away and offers a large selection of bespoke retailers, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
