Hello. I'm looking to rent out a double room in my house. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom will be shared but there is only me living in the house. I have a garden, driveway, Broadband, Disney +, Now TV and Amazon prime.
All bills are included. The house is a mile outside of Garstang and 9 miles outside of Preston. There is a bus stop at the end of the road.
I have an overly friendly cockapoo called Walter who will jump up at you when you walk in the house, so please be a dog lover. I am easy going with a good sense of humour. Short let’s only.
