About us:
Hi there, I'm Thomas. I work in events, and my partner Kaitlinn works in education. We're looking for one or two lodgers to join our house. During the week, due to work and study and so on we're fairly quiet/sensible, but enjoy being a bit more social at weekend, whether that's hiking, pubs or meals with friends. Would love to meet people who enjoy a similar lifestyle.

About the house:
The house is a big old semi with 3 storeys. On the ground floor is a decent sized kitchen, a big dining room and a good sized living room, all shared. The first floor has the two lodger rooms, and our bedroom is above that in the loft conversion. The kitchen comes with the usual kitchen bits, a dishwasher and a washer/drier. There's a large bathroom on the first floor and an ensuite in the attic room. There is also dual internet (virgin fibre and EE broadband). We have two cats, so if you have an allergy this is probably not the place for you.

About the rooms:
The two lodger rooms each have a double bed, desk, chair and TV. They're both a good size with a lot of storage available.

Looking for:
Friendly, clean and tidy lodgers. There's plenty of space in the house to keep fairly secluded, but it's nice to be able to socialise too. May be open to consider caged/tanked pets, just ask.

Chorley has good transport connections. the M61 is only 5 minutes away to get to the north, Preston, Bolton and Manchester. The M6 is about 15 minutes away getting you down to Liverpool and south. There's also a train station running Blackpool<>Manchester, with changes in Preston/Bolton to get anywhere else in Lancashire.
