The space is calm and quiet, less than 5 minutes to the new Preston West Distributor and we’re a minute walk to the bus stop on Preston / Blackpool bus routes.
Ideally we would prefer someone using this as a base for while they are working away from home - contractors etc. Mon- Fri or those on shift patterns welcome.
We are 12 minutes drive from BAE Warton, 17 minutes from Royal Preston, 22 minutes from Blackpool Victoria Hospital, 4 minutes to Westinghouse Springfield site.
The annex is in the garden of our family home and so we will request references.
No houseguests, no pets please, no smoking / vaping indoors.
