A small single room in Greenfield, OL3

A single bed in a fully fitted single bedroom.
Close to village and the bus routes and a ten minute walk to the train station.
I'm single mum with a 22yr old son.. Although I do look after dogs part time. Only little ones. I have a quite household. I enjoy a nice homemade meal and the odd glass of wine or G&T with a movie on a Saturday. I do a lot of walking. I like to travel. I am ideally looking for someone who works full time and potentially enjoys my company if not thats OK too. I would class myself as easy going. You will have full run of the house washing machine etc. I do have hobbies in normal circumstances. Big black board in kitchen we can keep or social diary on so to speak. There are 3 small village pubs in the village and Uppermill has restaurants and wine bars.

The room at moment is occupied and will be having a new mattress and a carpet unless you prefer laminate. Therefore no photos as yet.
