Part furnished currently a single bed with second pull out bed under.

Black out blind.
Recently insulated so rooms are cosy.

The agreement will be a tennancy within my home.

I'm an easy going and sociable person & also respectful of other's own space. Would like to live with somebody who is respectful to the property, happy to share house work together & also shares the same idea to keep the house clean.

Wanted to highlight have popped my advert on spare room as a house share not a dating website haha, looking to houseshare with a like minded person who is respectful, authentic and who I can be comfortable around :)

Shared rooms are:

-Bathroom with shower and P bath.
-Open plan Kitchen/dining room giving extra room for own space if needed, microwave, washer, utensils extra cupboard space to store gadgets etc
Breakfast bar seating area.
-Second living room.
-Yard/garden to rear.
-Outside parking available.

Walking distance to Hindley train station which has free parking, close to M61 easy links to Aspull, Leigh, Bolton, Standish, Wigan, East Lancs.

Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, all main supermarkets.

Can be a smoker as long as outside.

Room, all utilities and Broadband included so just one payment making it easier.

#Checks required to secure the room will include a credit check and references before going ahead same as with a normal tennancy.
