Daily Weekly or Monthly let's

Short lets, one night to one week stays. £150 per week, one weeks notice or £50 per night. Monthly let's as per lodger agreement.

A fully furnished spacious room with double bed available for a quiet, respectable person in a peaceful semi-detached property.
The room has a double wardrobe with plenty of storage, a bedside cabinet, large set of solid wood drawers, a really comfy double bed, office chair a desk and lamp. It is newly decorated, new curtains and a nice soft carpet.
There is constant hot water, super fast trouble free internet, electricity, gas and water included.
Suitable for a clean and tidy person. Ideally In full time work, post grad students or people visiting the area, alternative to hotel or airbnb.

Not suitable for people working from home, retired or a need to sleep during the day due to shifts. No smokers/vapours or alcohol/drug related issues.
Fair usage policy for water, gas and electric which are all metered. £50 deposit for the key for short stays. Neuro diverse people welcome.

About me:
Life long fan of the outdoors, ex outdoor pursuits instructor, long distance walker and mountain hiker. Gym, Hyrox training, keep fit fanatic. I don't drink or smoke.
