Relaxed and Friendly professional house

I am seeking a likeminded individual (relaxed, friendly and welcoming) to rent a room in my house on Gerrard Street, Lancaster. This is within ten minutes walk of Lancaster train station. I work in an office in the town centre and it takes 15 mins to walk to work and 5 to drive (traffic dependant of course, being Lancaster!)

A hillside terrace house, the double room is front facing and light. There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and study. There are only two rooms in the house so there will be no other residents.

The room itself can be as furnished as much or as little as required. The room has a working open fire for the cold evenings as does the living room.

I am a young professional with a responsible job role who is clean and tidy but also sociable and welcoming to any guests.

In terms of me personally, I enjoy socialising, food/drink, arts and music as well as sports. I am relaxed around the home and I am flexible in terms of tenancy length and budgets providing it is for the right person. All bills are included including broadband and council tax.

The property has a large yard which is a great suntrap in summer with an outhouse that has storage for a bike, washing machine and freezer. All enquires are welcome. Thanks.
