I am a PhD student looking for a long-term flatmate. I have no preference between students or professionals, but I do want good vibes and a good working environment in the flat. I am a calm person, into drawing, reading, sports (I am currently starting to climb), board games and RPG's... I also like socialising, so people are always welcome.
The flat is big, fully furnished and very well maintained.
There are 2 rooms, one bathroom to share, a kitchen and a living room, a basement as well as a backyard, perfect to put your bike if you have one.
The room I am renting is a single room, fully furnished, with bed, wardrobe and a big set of drawers.
The flat is in a quiet and calm area, two minutes from Dalton square. Very good situation regarding to shops: Less than 10 minutes from market place, so all the shops are very handy. Big Sainsbury’s is 15 minutes away and also there is a local shop two minutes away in case there is an emergency.
Common garden’s bus stop is 7 minute walking from the flat.
The price is 260 just for the room. *Bills are not included*, so please keep in mind that this is not the final price. Bills are around £150 between both of us, but it changes with the consumption.
