Room for regular one-night stays

I can offer a comfortable downstairs room with a folding single bed or space upstairs in a room share with double bed. This arrangement would be for one or two nights each week on a regular basis (or perhaps longer as a one-off - e. g., five or seven days), making it suitable for people with regular or occasional work in the area. Given the nature of this arrangement (particularly if room sharing) men only, please, and must be covid-aware and covid safe. I regularly let other space in my house, so you may encounter another guest or guests (currently female). I work unsociable hours, so slight disturbance is possible. A kitchen is available for preparing basic meals. You must be respectful of furniture and fittings. There is free on-street parking. Payment weekly in advance. The stated price is per night.
