One double room for rent. £375 per month all bills included. This is the largest room in the house.

The house has a small lounge, a normal size kitchen and large bathroom. Courtyard at the back. There is gas central heating. It is a typical Lancaster town house - tall and skinny.

I'm am a live out landlord who pops in from time to time. I keep the smallest room in the house and use it occasionally.

Small pets are welcome.

The room has a bed only, allowing you to bring your own furniture basics (this was requested by the previous tenant). I can provide some furniture basics for the room if needed.

Please note the room is single occupancy only.

There is currently 1 lodger resident who is also quiet, friendly and easy to get along with.

Just a few steps away you'll find all amenities inc supermarket, subway, greggs, chinese, doc, dentist. Good free parking. There's a bus stop just outside which gets you to the city center in a couple of mins. It's a 12 min walk to the city center. The river and weir is 2 mins walk from the house.

All bills included. No smoking in the house, no alcohol, no substances.

There is storage space in the cellar if you need it.

If you're looking for a quiet and chilled out environment and a town-house setting then this will suit you.
