The room is a double and reasonably sized with the rest of the house offering plenty of space, including a spacious dining room and separate sitting room. There is a £50 application fee that needs to be paid to directly to Northwood letting agents that is non refundable.
The house is fully furnished and there is a set of drawers and a double bed in the room being let, if you want them.
I'm a social but quiet person and I'm pretty relaxed, so I'm hoping to find a housemate with an easy going approach to life.
