Rooms available in a charming house close to town

Three double rooms are available in a 4-bed house with plenty character on Golgotha Road. The house is spacious and has a large kitchen and living room and a brand new bathroom fitted this year. The kitchen has a dining table and chairs, fridge freezer, and washing machine. All bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and drawers. There is a nice yard outside that is currently being updated.

The house comes with unlimited super-fast broadband and there is free on street parking.

The location is close to town; a rough 15 minute walk to the high street, supermarkets, or bus station.

Rent is £380 per room including broadband and bills. Council tax is not included in the bills for non-students. The deposit is £200. Long-term tenants are preferable but short lets will also be considered. Mature students and professionals are preferred. Looking for people that are quiet (especially in the evening), clean/tidy, and considerate. If you'd like to socialise - great, but if you'd prefer to keep yourself to yourself, this is equally fine!
