Double room in South Lancaster sharing with 1

I am looking for a friendly cat lover to share my home with in the Bowerham area of South Lancaster with my 3 outdoor cats!

I am ideally looking for someone long-term who is very clean and tidy, considerate and quiet.

I have been sharing for around 13 years using Spareroom. I work for the NHS and I Iove being outdoors when I can. I like to go out occasionally at the weekend and I also enjoy nights in.

I am now in the process of buying a lovely bright house just a few minutes away with a big garden. I would like a housemate to move with me. The first 3 pictures are of the house I am buying and the bedroom that would be yours. I would consider a well behaved pet in the new house but unfortunately no more pets are allowed in my current rented accommodation. I'd estimate the process of buying will take 2-3 months from now.

There is on street parking here and with the house I am buying and always plenty of room to park. The street I am moving to is nice and quiet. Guests would be allowed from time to time if agreed in advance until we get to know each other.
