About the Room:
A bright, spacious double room available in a modern student accommodation right in Lancaster City Centre. The room comes fully furnished with everything you need: a large double bed, wardrobe, cupboard, mirror, large desk and chair, two large windows, and coat hooks. You also have your own wash basin and mirror in the room.

About the Flat:
The flat is shared with two friendly students. It has a spacious kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a comfortable living area with sofas, a TV, and plenty of shelves for storage. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, cupboards, dish washer, oven, microwave, cooker (induction hob) washing machine and a dryer for your laundry and shelves for your groceries.
All bills are included in the rent.
Wifi is available.

Location:
The building is in an excellent location, directly opposite Lancaster Bus Station, close to shops, cafés, and everything in the city centre. Sainsbury’s is just a 5 minutes walk away, Lidl, B&M, Primark, Pizza Hut, The Marketgate and other shops are just a few minutes walk away.
• About 20 minutes’ walk to the University of Cumbria.
• Easy bus links to Lancaster University (buses stop right across the road).

Rent & Tenancy:
This is a student-only accommodation. The tenancy runs until 8th September 2026. I’m looking for a replacement tenant to take over my contract. There’s a £50 transfer fee payable to the accommodation team when the tenancy is transferred.

If you have a UK guarantor, you can pay the rent in 4 installments. I have already paid the first installment so you just have to pay the rest as you stay.
