One single room is available from 28th of October,2023, in 4 bedroom house, located in Hala area, south Lancaster. There is a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chairs etc. in the room.
It’s only 3 minutes walk to bus stop, then 5 minutes to universities or hospital and town centre by bus;
Supermarket is about 5 minutes walking distance. Various shops are nearby. Walking to universities, hospital, or city centre is only about 20 minutes if buses aren't on time occasionally, and much shorter for cyclists;
It’s a quiet area and good view.
The house includes washing machine with dryer, efficient gas central heating system and gas cooker, LCD TV, two fridge/freezers, separated gas shower in the bathroom. Wifi broadband is from Sky superfast reached to each room. It's convenient to work from home.
There are three toilets and plenty of storage space including bike store in the house and sheds;
There is spacious ground around the house and a mature apple tree in the garden;
Gas and electrical bills are excluded, others including council tax are included in the rent.
