Double room with beautiful rural sunset views in a village location (Dolphinholme) within a short drive to Lancaster Hospital, Lancaster University and the University of Cumbria and extremely close to Junction 33 M6. Heysham Powerstation is a 25-minute drive away.

The house share is with a 35-year-old female. I (a 39-year-old female) am occasionally home as I work away a lot and spend a lot of time volunteering abroad. I have a cat who spends most of its time outside in the surrounding fields and a dog that always travels with me. We are both vegetarian however meat eaters are welcome to live here.

I have off-road parking and a spacious garden to relax in. You can even have some space to grow your own vegetables if you have green fingers. Winter evenings are made cosier with my log burner. The bathroom is shared and I also have an outside toilet. I have an outbuilding if you need to store a bike.
