Master bedroom available in three bedroom house

Hi, I'm looking for a housemate to move into our three bedroomed home. Our current housemate has bought a house nearby and is hoping to move out between Christmas and New year.

We are a professional couple and have lived in house shares for years and years, even before we got together. We're tidy, friendly and conciderate people and have always got on with the people we have lived with. We both work full time and would love to live with another professional. I work mainly during the week. My partner is a junior doctor in the area and works long hours so would be out of the house a lot.

We have a beautiful house in the north of Lancaster, 20 minutes walk to the town centre with a regular bus service direct to the university and hospital close by. 3 minute drive from the new bypass road to access the M6. The room available is the master bedroom of the house. Very large wardrobe and plenty of storage space. Southwest facing outside area to catch the evening sun. Woodburner in the kitchen / dining area and open coal fire in the lounge so a very cosey house in the winter! Also have recently bought a bread maker so fresh bread is on constant supply at the moment :-)
