Quiet, LGBT friendly, retired professional lady seeks one lodger, any age/gender/orientation to share my lovely central Lancaster Victorian terraced home. I am fully vaccinated and have Type 2 diabetes so will require you to be too. (Fully vaccinated that is, not having diabetes! :) )

Your large bed/sitting room runs the full width of the house and is fully furnished with double bed, settee, folding wall desk, console desk, office chair, shelving, wardrobe, storage, fridge, microwave, kettle and flat screen tv with streaming channels. More storage available in cellar, attic & guest bedroom if required. Cycles can be accommodated in front or rear yards, and there is permit controlled on street car parking available at extra cost.

You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen *only* with me, as I have my own lounge. There is a guest bedroom with put-me-up bed for occasional visitors. The house has central heating, fast broadband, washing machine and dryer. Town centre, Royal Infirmary, and rail station all less than 10 minutes walk, universities a short bus ride or cycle away, canal and nature reserve walks close by.

Would suit PhD/mature student, medical staff, or other employed/retired professional person. No smokers/vapers/pets please, references, proof of vaccine status and security deposit required, all bills included.
