My house was totally refurbished in 2011 and I pride myself in making it still look brand new.
Room has comfortable bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, bedside lights, spare linen and usb sockets.

The shared bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. No bath.
The large kitchen/diner is fully furnished with a designated place for your own food and refrigerated items.
Other communal areas include a living room with wood burner and couches, a conservatory and a reasonable sized garden and patio. The property has a garage, however this is not available for guest use. Parking is free on the streets in the area, however, I cannot offer off street parking as the owner uses these facilities.
The house is double glazed with central heating. Contemporary decorated and modern appliances. 2 x toilets, washing machine and dryer. Bbq at the rear of the property.
The house is very close to bus links, and only 10 minutes from Lancaster university and 5 minute walk to the university of Cumbria.
