A few minutes walk from the city centre and opposite the bus stop to universities.

You have shared use of a fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and newly refurbished bathroom with rainfall shower.

You'll be sharing with one other housemate, and the landlady (me) but I work and live in Switzerland at the moment so I'm very rarely there; I keep a room for myself in the house so I can store my things and visit Lancaster in the holidays.

There is visitor parking on the street but you need to fill in the parking permit daily. You can buy an annual residents' pass for around £25 or there is free street parking nearby.

You'll need a reference from your previous landlord and one a deposit of one month's rent.
