Hi I'm Jason, I'm looking for a tidy, friendly and considerate housemate to join me in a lovely 2 bed furnished terraced house in Leigh. I'm an easygoing, tidy and sociable guy that is looking to live with someone that is likewise. I enjoy playing Chess, football and snooker but I prefer the quiet life and I'm not one to party through the night..

Monthly rent is £300 per month inclusive of bills and council tax, however the room is only available to let until the end of October. Double room occupies built in wardrobe and drawers and has a desk, chair and brand new bed. There is also a separate storage room in the kitchen that can be used for bikes. Bathroom also comes with an amazing power shower and bath.

There is no deposit however 1 months rent would need to be paid up front. Leigh Bus station and town centre is just a 5 mins walk away from the house and Manchester City centre is just a 45 minutes bus journey from the bus station.
