Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room, with lots of storage space outside the room, especially kitchen, and soon to include large loft space.
Nice garden with fire pit for entertaining and BBQs. Shed with tools for creative projects. Potential for parking - please discuss.
Will consider small animals only, but bear in mind a cat lives here, so no dogs. Any smoking must be done outside.
I am an easy going, nerdy live-in landlord with lots of hobbies, looking for a housemate who is fun loving but also clean and tidy, I try to look after my house as best I can.
LBGT+ friendly, would prefer to live with a woman/non cis male but not a deal breaker if we get along. All bills included, happy to discuss anything.
