The property benefits from major renovations, extensive cosmetic updates and new furniture. It is situated on a private estate near Seven Stars Leyland (very centrally located). It is walking distance to Pubs, shops and take-a-ways. It is well connected via bus, train and motorway links.

We all have busy schedules and try to strike a reasonable balance between our social and private lives. There are usually only 2/3 people in the property so a good level of trust is therefore of paramount importance. Excellent references are required and we would very much appreciate an informal meeting with the other housemates prior to committing to a contract.

Preference will be given to long-term female lodgers. Sorry but this property cannot accept male lodgers.

NB: These rooms are for private individual lodging so no couples or regular overnight guests. The current lodgers are female who prefer to share with other single professional female occupants. That said we are a very friendly and inclusive group and will often do movie nights with popcorn although this is not compulsory.
