Hi. I have a large double room now available in my home. Amenities include central heating, washing machine, wifi, large kitchen. Large garden. Storage for bikes or other sports equipment.
I am vegetarian and interested in living sustainably and enjoy various outdoor activities and other hobbies. I am happy in my own space but also like to cook/bake together sometimes or share a takeout.
Great location if you enjoy country walks and pubs, biking and outdoor sports. Friendly village offers gym, library, dentist, pubs, etc
Regular bus into Preston and 10 minutes to M6.
I have a very friendly young dog and keep bees and chickens, so must like animals.

Edit, I am changing the structure of the cost of the room, now 350 plus 1/3 of bills, currently making it 470, happy to share numbers. My house is very well insulated and we generally use below the 'average' quoted by energy companies. I hope this makes sense and is ok with you.
