Room To Let In House Off Broadway Morecambe

Room to let in a quiet residential area off Broadway Morecambe from Tuesday 19th October.

Viewing from Saturday 16th October

Two minutes walk to Sainsbury's and bus stop with regular ten minutes service to Lancaster and centre of Morecambe,

It's a 15 minutes or even less straight drive to the Power station.

Facilities are free Internet ,TV in your room , washing machine, use of Kitchen dinning room. Street parking next to house security outside camera. All bills included.

Large garden, private sun trap in summer with patio and hut for bike etc.

The Bathroom and kitchen are new. However as I work approx from 1pm. to 1 am 4 days a week rarely would times clash for use.

Lounge can also be used when I am at work but when I come home late I like to relax for an hour watch TV or so and wind down. I am very quiet.

There is a small spare bedroom for occasional overnight guests.

The house clean and tidy and homely but to be honest in need of some decorating ( next job) although I have recently had a new bathroom and Kitchen fitted and new double glazing. Garden also needs a bit of a tidy up

Looking for someone like myself , quiet, friendly, respectful and working. but likes privacy when needed.

I am easy going get on with most people. I would prefer contract worker but accept short or longer term lodger who works full time.

Good friendly neighbours and a quiet, safe suburban street ample parking.
