Two big bay windows make this a very bright space. Nicely decorated. Open plan cooking/dinning/settee makes the space work well. Professional (nurse) as friendly/sociable live in landlord. My daughter stays approx 3 nights a week (17yrs old; very studious).
A tidy, welcoming household! The room will have a bed frame/mattress and chest of drawers.
