Its a newly refurbished double room with own luxury bathroom on same floor, with free standing rain shower and roll top bath. All rooms are fully furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, lamp and chair.

Shared large living room with sky plus. Large newly fitted modern kitchen with breakfast bar and large double range cooker. Rear good sized pebbled yard/ garden. All bills included: gas electric, water, council tax, sky TV and wireless fibre broadband. On street parking, always a space available.

We'd welcome short or long term tenants including temp contractors working at Heysham etc. but over 6 months tenancy preferred. (Short term lets available for £100 per week)

Must be clean, tidy, easy going and not mind cats as we have one called Hetty.

We're an easy going couple who both work and are rattling around in a big house. We are a couple of minutes walk from the promenade and sea, 7 minutes from Morrisons, ten mins walk from the train station and 5 mins drive from Heysham.

We have two lodgers who work at Heysham Power station staying with us. They have been with us for over a year and enjoy living here.
