The house offers a shared bathroom and living area a private garden to the rear off road parking available cul de sac location close to morecambe town centre and near by is morrisons, train station and we are on a bus route. The house is 2.6 miles from Heysham power station and golf club and can be reached in 8 minutes. The beautiful morecambe promenade is a 5 minute walk Nr to the iconic Eric Morecambe statue and Midland hotel. Each week the payment must be made in full. The house has a lovely multi fuel log burner and open plan kitchen/ diner. Washing machine available and washing line. Gym is within the house. Use of gym is at the own risk of personal use. Landlord will not be held responsible for accidents. House respect required at all times and to my neighbours. I'm happy go lucky and I keep my home beautiful no smoking allowed in the house and no drugs. The room will be serviced weekly and there is a lock on bedroom door.
