The area is very pleasant and quiet and there are buses from the bus stop (number 3/3a/4) just steps away from the front door to and from Lancaster and Morecambe. Literally 1-2 miles from lancaster or Morecambe/Heysham which is ideal for professionals working in either towns.

Bare Lane train station is also right round the corner (30 seconds walk) which offers cheap and fast connections with Morecambe(4 mins), Lancaster(7 mins), Leeds, the lakes, London, Manchester and beyond as Lancaster station is one of the main exchanges on the west coast railways network. There is always a train service to Heysham port.

I tend to cook often and my curries (Thai massaman and Singaporean curries) are pretty good! So if I do I always offer my housemates whatever I cook so that must be a bonus! :)

Although I smoke it is only done in front yard and never in the flat. I do not allow smoking in the house.
