Single Room 30 minutes from Central Manchester

Single Room in Mossley, a 10min walk to the train station for easy commutes to Manchester, Huddersfield or further afield.
Ample on street parking with reasonable access to the M60 network, I've commuted as far afield as Altrincham, Trafford park and Bolton.

WFH possible, I'm office based right now so my workstation is free

There are a couple of decent restaurants in the town, a good gin bar and a few local pubs, along with lots of wonderful countryside with good walks like the Buckton Castle, Dovestones, and even the Peak District and Marsden Moor only a short car drive away.
And of course its a short commute to central Manchester for great restaurants and nightlife.

Living room contains a large television with surround sound, sky, sports, netflix, Prime, sofas and 70mbps internet

Kitchen contains 9kg washing machine & matching heat pump dryer, American style fridge freezer with filtered water and ice, bean to cup espresso machine, double oven & hob, dishwasher and lots of cupboard and worktop space, bit of free for all but feel free to claim space

There is an upstairs bathroom with bath / shower, sink and heated towel radiator, and a downstairs W/c with sink, all shared unfortunately

The room is approx 1.9m by 3.7m, single bed, pocket sprung mattress with memory foam topper, 2x wardrobes, TV unit, sky multiroom, room for a desk if required

Significantly sized rear garden with patio and dining area,

I have 2 chihuahuas who are around half of the week

I'm pretty chilled, don't have to be cooking / gym / tv / drinking / gaming buddies but I'd like be a bit more than strangers who nod in the hallway, not looking for a room goblin or anyone weirder than me.

Fairly usual hobbies, tv, gaming, former gym enthusiast, especially running, suffering the furlough 50 at the moment though, food, drink, I also make soap (In Tyler we trust) and candles,
