Student room to rent

The room will be number 5, and has a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a chair for studying (or getting ready for a night out!)
There are 2 bathrooms, 1 is a shower room with a toilet and basin, and the other is a full bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet, and basin.
There is a shared kitchen, with a washing machine/dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster supplied, there is an additional freezer in the cupboard under the stairs, with the hoover, ironing board, iron, and other cleaning items.
A TV is supplied in the lounge, and we will assist in putting a TV on your bedroom wall if required.
If you drive there is a private car park, and a permit can be obtained for £50 for the year.
The contract is 48 weeks long, from the 1st of September until the 2nd of August 2025.
The deposit and first terms rent is all paid for !!
