A nice place to stay!

This is the fromt of the house with doube room downstairs.

This house is in a quiet part of Deepdale , close to Garstang road. It is a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Preston close to local shops . 10 mins to university.
The house is very cosy and warm, new kitchen fitted last year. NEW Worcester Bosch boiler installed last winter.

Downstairs recently re plastered. Will be redecorate in the Spring.

The house is very clean and I can arrange for a cleaning lady to come in x 2 per month to help maintain the standard.
i would like whoever comes to stay here to be either single professional or students .

I would like that they take care of the house and feel at home. In return I hope that I would be a good landlord.

Currently re painting and freshening up the rooms.
