Shared shower room, toilet, new fitted kitchen, lounge and rear patio with table & chairs. Quiet, clean, tidy house so I am looking for flatmates who will share in keeping it so. Electricity is payable in advance "on account" at £8/wk. Wifi is available at £2.50/wk.
It is in nice area in Preston City Centre, very close to County Hall, Railway Station, UCLAN etc.
The double room is occupied by a working couple.
I use the small third room midweek and commute up to Cumbria at weekends. I am available for viewings by prior arrangement.
There is on street parking at the front but I would recommend that a bike is parked in the rear back yard. The gate can be locked and the back alleys also have locked gates at each end. There is a shed for push bike storage.
