We have a first floor double room available. This is a lovely large house share and all rooms are fully furnished.

There are 2 bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor.

Sitting in a great location only 15 minutes from Blackburn Hospital, 5 minutes to Accrington and just over 10 minutes to Blackburn.

The House also benefits from Business Virgin WIFI with the fastest download speeds available and unlimited streaming. The WiFi is also fully included in the price.

Within our property you will find a lovely new kitchen which opens onto a private rear south facing yard. There is also an shed for great storage of bikes. The Kitchen includes all mod cons.

As you move on there is a lovely sitting/dining area, with a dining table and comfy sofas to relax in.

Your whole property is heated by gas central heating which is serviced and maintained.
